Carl's Jr. - Las Vegas

We walked in there last night 7pm or so (at the time only 3 cars in the drive thru), we were not even acknowledged and they kept only taking drive thru orders. (When we walked out there were 5 cars in the drive thru). At one point a young man came out from behind the counter to get a drive thru drink, on his way back he walked in between us and the counter, instead of walking around us, still not one word to acknowledge we were even in the room. There was a young lady there too, same, she didn't even look at us as they continued to ignore us. ZERO customer service skills, we'll never go back there. The Wendy's across the street used to have the same problem, they're closed now. This Carl's doesn't deserve ANY business with the way they treat people like they don't exist. Don't waste your time or money here, the food has always been mediocre anyways. I will be reaching out to their corporate office.

I had the 3 dollar western bacon cheese burger, the bacon was generous and big, crispy very, very well put together! The crew was happy even singing songs as they were waiting for customers. Looking on how to add my video, they care about there burgers! Great place!!!

On December 22nd at 7:15 PM, my friend visited this restaurant, and the employee informed him that his coworker had left and that there was no one available to take orders. It was quite amusing!

When we came to the drive, I was told that one of the hired did not come to work, so there was no one to collect money because the only worker who was there was the cook I drove to the window and talking to him he was so polite and formed .nice young people food: 5/5

Honestly, ever since they changed their cookies, Carl's Jr. hasn't been the same. I used to really enjoy going there for breakfast, but now their cookies remind me of McDonald's. Food rating: 2/5.
