Bidra med feedbackSo delicious! For sure they give you generous portions at China Garden. I got the shrimp chow mein and pork masubi for around $10; I was able to make two meals for one out of it so definitely got my money's worth. Note: there is currently no indoor seating options here. They have the tables/chairs and booths stored up.
We all loved everything we tried, with no complaints whatsoever. The food was served hot and prepared with great technique. The complimentary fried rice was exceptional, featuring generous chunks of chicken and bursting with flavor—not just leftover rice with soy sauce as you often find elsewhere. We four ended up completely satisfied and still had leftovers to take home. This has become our go-to Chinese restaurant, and we’re thrilled to have discovered it!
However, I didn't appreciate how my orange chicken was delivered around 7 PM. The driver knocked on the door, placed my food on the ground in front of my door, and then left. When I heard the knock, I looked out but saw nobody there. When I opened the door, I found my food just sitting at my feet. There was a table visible by the door; it would have been nice if they had placed it there or on a chair. Overall, a little frustrating!
I was really impressed by the variety of options and the affordability at this restaurant. I ordered two dinner dishes: Kung Pao Shrimp and Orange Chicken, along with a side of fried wontons. This meal easily fed my family of five, and we still had leftovers! Last time we ordered takeout, we spent $35 on just one pizza, including delivery and various add-on charges. However, this entire order was less than $35! The food was excellent, and the delivery took about an hour, which was perfectly reasonable. I understand everyone has different tastes, but we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be ordering again. It's the best Chinese food we've had in Vegas so far!
