Hayashi Japanese Cuisine - Las Vegas

We often came to this restaurant until they turned into a new property. We gave him a try a few times under the new administration, and we can clearly see that food quality has expired every time. They also changed into a new menu. Many dishes are now considered “premium” or “add-on” at your AYCE (buffet) price. Our last visit in June 2022, the fish is not fresh and room temperature to touch. We do not come back or recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The restaurant is currently experiencing a change in management and is understaffed. While there were a few mistakes in the food, overall it was excellent and worth the price paid. The 3-hour dining experience may have been a bit long, but the busboys helped save the service. The waitress, however, did not impress.

This sushi restaurant is without a doubt the worst I have ever dined at.

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant with our waitress Sam. It was our first time there and she made sure we were well taken care of. Sam provided us with great recommendations and made sure we always had water. The food from the kitchen came out quickly, although items from the sushi bar took a bit longer. The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it a great overall experience.
