La Fiesta - Las Vegas

In Colorado, green chili is served on almost everything. The sauce here, though, was extraordinary. Fabulous bite to it. My friends also loved the red salsa. The restaurant is in an old house and has a quaint charm. Great find in a town full of fast food.

I ordered food from this place, my food was not up to the hype of the other reviews. The chicharrón was old and very very hard. When I got my food, there was more food in the bag then in the to go plate.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They gave me old hard Chicharons. The beans seemed to be fine but the meat itself was disgusting! They also spilled all the posole on my burrito and it even got all in the bag too.. I’ve been to La Fiesta in the past and it was amazing now it has just gone down hill. The tortillas they don’t make them from scratch and are store bought instead. I won’t EVER order from here again. Kocina de ralfael or Charlie’s Spic and Span is the way to go! Won’t be disappointed!
