I had spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, and a pizza. Unfortunately, the meatballs tasted more like they were from a hamburger helper than actual ground beef. The garlic bread was also quite bland. The pizza was just average. It seems like either the cooks have changed or the recipes have been altered, which is disappointing because they used to serve great food. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

The manager was decent enough, and I passed the time with a beer while I waited. I had placed my order in advance through the SLICE app and arrived right on time, yet my pizza was still not ready. You would expect it to be hot and properly cooked, but that wasn't the case. I reached out to SLICE's customer service, and it took two attempts to get any assistance. They called the restaurant to report my complaints, and the restaurant insisted that the pizza was indeed cooked correctly and refused to offer a refund. It struck me as odd that they could remember the details of my specific pizza four days after my purchase. They did agree to refund $6.50 for the side Caesar salad, which was also supposed to be hot, but that was it. I spent nearly $40 and ended up throwing everything away. I will definitely not be returning!
