Noodle Exchange - Las Vegas

During our last visit, they forgot our drinks despite us asking twice before receiving them. We had to make several inquiries just to get additional broth. It seems that the staff might be understaffed, which could explain the frantic energy on the floor. If that is the case, it reflects poorly on management. It’s not pleasant for customers to see servers in a constant state of panic, and it doesn’t excuse their lack of attentiveness or their robotic responses. Even if customer service isn’t a priority for them, it should still be done well.

One of the better and more authentic restaurants in Vegas. The Sichuan hot pot could definitely be spicier—about three times spicier—and could use more Sichuan peppers. However, since the restaurant opens up to the casino floor, they likely want to avoid overwhelming everyone with smoke. I get it, but it was a bit disappointing. I usually order the lamb hot pot, but for some reason, I ended up with tofu today. There were only two small pieces of tofu and an entire bag's worth of spinach and cauliflower—definitely too much spilling everywhere.

The Nudelbörse offers reasonable prices for a restaurant located in a Vegas casino. The hot pot is quite enjoyable and flavorful. However, the Pho selection isn't great, and the vegetable dishes looked unappetizing. On the positive side, the gyoza and soft noodles were good. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars.

That's my second time to eat here in the nude exchange. eating was quite delicious with affordable price. the personal was in order, the only problem here was most employees not know how to speak English and it is so hard to explain what they like. This place would be a 5 if service was even just average. They even charged us incorrectly. Water took forever to get. Now that we got that out of the way... Food was exceptional. Never had hot pot before. I recommend going with your Asian friends like I did. They did all the ordering. Nothing was that spicy I do like spice (irrelevant to any of my review) Hot Pot, Beef Mushrooms, steamed vegetables, tofu, fruit tea, chow fun with shrimp, the list goes on. Thank you for the delicious food. We will be back!
