The food is delicious and satisfying! They only serve iced coffee, but we will definitely return to try other dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is friendly.

This cozy little restaurant offers intimate seating that doesn't intrude on your neighbors' conversations. The decor is simple yet sufficient, and the prices are reasonable. The vegan pho and shrimp spring rolls were both delicious, and I especially enjoyed the peanut sauce. The calamari was also quite tasty. They provide plenty of condiments and side vegetable plates to customize your pho to your liking. The service was attentive and friendly, with the staff being available when needed and happy to chat. One server even convinced me to try a unique blue carbonated drink that wasn't normally to my taste, which I appreciated. Next time, I'll make sure to try the regular boba drink instead of the fancy one I chose. Thank me later! Remember to smile, eat, hydrate, and live honestly without settling. Visited this place as our first Vietnamese restaurant. From git go, really good Pho! Also, good amount of meats and noodle too. Service is also great year round. Visited other pho places too and while they're great too, something about Aimie feels like home :

Even with all the options in this part of town, this place stands apart. Fantastic food and service! I’d come all the time if I lived near by.
