Bidra med feedbackProbably the best ramen in this city. I was convinced for a while that Vegas had good ramen, but didn’t have any GREAT ramen, but this place changed my mind. They have some of the most rich flavorful broth, and paired with their delicious noodles, it makes for a fantastic bowl of ramen. The service is also great, and the interior is cozy. Definitely will be a regular here.
The food here is always consistently delicious and fresh. This is my go to spot for Ramen. If you know me the camera always eats first. Having said that, even after all my videos and pictures the broth remained nice a hot. We ordered:Miso Ramen with Soft Boiled Egg Fried RiceEdamame The Ramen had that Umami flavor, so freakin good. Noodles were fresh and I usually add a soft boiled egg. It had a nice creamy texture. I like some heat but I wanted to control the spice level so I asked for the chili oil on the side. Fried rice was good as well. It had egg, onion, and chopped chashu pork. Nice savory taste to it.They now had edamame which is a favorite of myself and some of my friends. They also have Happy Hour Combos from 11:30 6:00pm everyday. It 's a great deal. Service is always great as usual. Always greeted and welcomed with an enthusiastic IRASSHAIMASE !!!This place is always clean and well organized. The servers are always friendly. Food always comes out in a timely manner. They have some type of system to where the food comes out quickly but the quality is not compromised. This place does get busy during peak times and u love the fact that they have the option on here YELP to join the waitlist so you can plan your visit accordingly. I feel all restaurants shouldImplement this.Check out the video and pictures. If you want to the full video go to my Instagram @uncojepp.eth
There are several ramen places in the area but this has become one of our favorites. The ramen is flavorful. Service is prompt and friendly. Great prices.
Ramen Kobo has been my go to place for ramen but the last few times, was kind of a let down. It's a small place with not too many table and seats so usually it's always packed. This time it wasn't even that busy surprisingly but we waited for our 2 ramens for over 15 mins almost 20. The sliced pork was frozen and the broth is supposed to reheat it i guess but the soup wasn't even hot either.
I recently visited Ramen Kobo during lunchtime and was pleased to find that there was no wait when we arrived at noon. I decided to try the Tonkatsu mild ramen and found that it had a pleasant flavor, though I was hoping for a bit more spice. While I enjoyed the dish overall, I did wish that there were more noodles in the bowl, and the chashu wasn't as soft and juicy as I had hoped. Additionally, the noodles were not as chewy and fresh tasting as I would have liked, and the broth was just okay.Despite these minor drawbacks, I did appreciate the pleasant dining experience and the convenience of not having to wait in line during a busy lunch hour.
