My girlfriend, who is eight months pregnant, and I visited the restaurant around 8:30 last night and ordered two Smash Burger Combos. Unfortunately, the food arrived without the fries, so we had to wait for those to come out. My girlfriend couldn't finish her burger because it made her feel nauseous. When we got home, she ended up being sick all night and is still feeling unwell. I definitely do not recommend this location.
The food was pretty good. It wasn't the best burger I had for this price, but it was certainly not bad. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to try another type of burger?
It's been a few years since I last visited this restaurant, and I have to say it was quite disappointing. The place was extremely dirty. The ice machine was positioned right next to the utensils, the tables weren’t clean, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. I also waited 20 minutes for a cold burger and fries. Paying $14.61 for a burger, fries, and a well drink feels outrageous, especially considering the overall experience.
I typically love Smashburger, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. I ordered online for the half-price wings and went to pick them up, but when I arrived, no one was at the front counter. Eventually, someone came out to ask about my order, and I informed them that I was there for the wings. They informed me that the wings were all gone but didn't offer any alternatives or suggest how to resolve the issue. The haystack onions were also unavailable. When I requested a refund for those items, the staff member stated that he didn’t know how to process a refund for an app order. There was no offer of a substitute either. He asked one of the cooks in the back, but she didn’t know how to handle it either. Before I left, I also had to ask for the drink cup for the beverage I ordered; otherwise, I wouldn’t have received that either. In the end, I ended up paying full price for half my order, plus for a drink I didn’t even want but had to order to take advantage of the half-price wings—wings that I never got! I also tried calling three times yesterday during non-busy hours to discuss the situation with the manager, but no one answered and there was no voicemail available. I understand that popular items can run out, but the customer service I encountered here was the worst I've ever experienced.
