The service was horrible!! By the waitress Cindy and the manager Quinn!! They sit us down give us the brunch menus then when we are ready to order they tell us the kitchen is no longer doing brunch! That was the beginning. We placed our drink orders and also ordered some appetizers at the same time. We received our drinks but no appetizers so we ordered our food as we were already waiting for some time. Then we get our food and still no appetizers brought to our table. We tell Cindy then a few minutes later they finally bring out the appetizers. We ordered the brisket burger but honestly it seems like it was pulled pork no brisket at all and it had no flavor it was just very plain. When we asked for the check we noticed we were being charged for 2 things we never ordered then the waitress took forever to come back to our table as the table next to us also talked to her about items on the check that they didn't order hmmmm a little suspicious they do that to 2 tables who knows how many tables this has happened to. We called over the manager Randy which was very nice and heard our concerns and was able to remove the extra items we were being charged. We noticed the mimosas we ordered were higher than their menu stated we told Cindy and she replied yeah it's extra since you ordered 2 flavors which she never told us upfront it was going to be additional charge. She then proceeded to get attitude and snatched the check out of my girlfriend's hands. We asked to speak to the manager and Quinn came over at first he was nice but once we expressed our concerns about Cindy's attitude he started catching attitude with me. I asked for him to write down the waitress name, the other managers name, and his name on our copy of the receipt. He refused and said with a smile I'm not going to write my name I asked why he simply smiled again and said because I'm not going to. He said sign the receipt and walked away without giving us a pen to sign! This is horrible horrible service!!

We had an awesome time at the emo brunch! Wish it would have lasted longer!

Very disappointed as they removed several items off menu that were a staple as to why we go. The service was very good, however it appears as the kitchen wasn't on par that night... was informed an item we ordered was going to take an extra 1/2 as the other items were being delivered and then the food that we got to replace it was subpar... and then our appetizer/salad was delivered after our entree... unsure if we will return...

Emo Brunch was a blast! It was very fun having a DJ there and the food was great! The prices were a ridiculous but the quality of the experience was very good aside from that. Seriously, lower your prices, they're inexcusable.
