They continue to get my drink wrong every single time I have to come here. I’ve even got them to remake it and it still is not done right. And they have long wait times even if drinks were ordered

My friends and I visited the restaurant, and I usually have a great time there, as they always provide excellent service. However, today was an exception. I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade, which looked nothing like it did on the menu. Half of the drink was just a refresher, and the other half was foamy. My friend ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino with dragonfruit, which she usually enjoys. But today, she didn't like it because it tasted different and was watery with only a small amount of whipped cream. The whipped cream didn't even reach the top of the drink, leaving spaces in between. Despite this disappointing experience, I may give the restaurant another chance, as my past visits have always been enjoyable.

Barista Dom is great! I also like the location. Very convenient.

Wow. Sadly I wasnt able to catch the young ladies name who had made my order, but she was super fast and very professional. Starbucks LaSalle was great today.Ordered house blend coffee, was delicious, hot and served quickly.I also find Starbucks is always clean and a peacful atmosphere.Parking always seems to be an Issue tho, super busy area, limited space and small parking spots

The employees were not wearing hair nets and I found hair in my beverage.
