Big Shot Bob's House Of Wings Latrobe

Was planning on leaving a cash tip so obviously didn’t leave one on my card. I answered the door and the guy delivering it immediately said “seriously you aren’t going to tip” super rude for someone to assume. Also I live across the street so not even a super far delivery. I always try to tip cash if I can. But more than likely won’t be ordering from them again if that’s how they want to have there employees treat customers

I ordered two things of wings that were supposed to have sauce on them... they came dry with the sauce on the bottom of the container. Didn't really appreciate that for the 70$ I paid for my order

I ordered two orders of wings that were supposed to be covered in sauce, but they arrived dry with only a small amount of sauce at the bottom of the container. This was disappointing, especially considering my total order cost $70. I will not be returning, despite being a loyal customer in the past.

I have visited this restaurant many times and the food is consistently fantastic! I particularly enjoy their fries and their wings are a must-try. They offer a variety of sauces and seasonings for the wings, making them even more delicious. In addition to the wings, their sandwiches are also delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

We can all agree that BSB wings are amazing! If you think otherwise, you're clueless! The Soldier Hoagie is fantastic, one of the best things I've ever eaten. The Latrobe crew is top-notch! Keep up the great work, everyone!
