Bidra med feedbackUpon entering, I noticed one employee attentive to work, while the other was on their personal phone, displaying a lack of professionalism. Despite this, the food was decent, but the mediocre customer service really detracted from the experience.
The automated intercom system seemed to be malfunctioning, making some crackling noises, but my order was accurate. The food took longer to arrive than I anticipated, but it was prepared well. I will definitely come back.
Waited for them to take an order and finally drove to window and waited again just for them to tell is they were doing shift change. Tried again a week later again waited 18 minutes 2 cars ahead of us finally voice says order at window we pull up place order when she then takes the car behind ours at the intercom. Took almost a half hour to get our lunch. Hot dog was over cooked.
Staff was very polite and friendly. Missing dipping sauces and portions seemed really small for the price. Chicken tenders were not fresh really dry and the fries were soggy. Maybe bad timing will try again........ I appreciate the response from the restaurant very great to see that the higher-ups are committed to the reviews that come through. I definitely will give it another chance
The food was good but the overall customer service needs alot of work. I didn't get my receipt until I asked and the worker crumpled it up. They took way to long with my credit card which made me feel uncomfortable. I've worked in the fast food industry for a long time so I no the ins and outs. Please work on the customer service at this store.
