Cat Do Resto - Laudun-l'Ardoise

As this was the only restaurant advertised as open (both online, on its own Facebook page, and written outside the restaurant in Laudun on Mondays, this was our only choice. When we arrived, it was closed no message to say when or why. When we dialled the phone number, there was no answer. When a message was sent on Facebook, no reply. We returned the next day (a Tuesday at 19h30 to be told that we were 'too late ' to order from the menu. The woman was rude and completely unapologetic, suggesting that we should have come half an hour earlier (there is nothing anywhere online or physical that specifies a time of opening . We were then made to wait over an hour for some very average pizzas to takeaway. When asked about the previous day 's confusion, the woman simply replied we were exceptionally closed yesterday and we don 't check our Facebook page (why have one then? And why regularly post on it? . In short, this is a restaurant hell bent on refusing custom.

Family restaurant, offering tasty dishes, from the entrance to the dessert (domi is an old pastry, what a pleasure). The welcome is warmest, a real happiness to come there every Friday!

A nice place for a terraced coffee and we'll go back for a meal!
