Chi Chi Cafe - Launceston

Absolutely error-free. loved everything we ordered and tried on our two takeaway orders. so fresh and tasty. love the garlic, butter garnel and fried rice!

On a winter juli evening we celebrated a birthday in this simple, clean caffe. a warm welcome was given at the entrance. we sat and had a bottle of water and glasses. the menu was comprehensive and competitive. our meal times became. cost to order and not disappointed. the generous offer of the Mongolian lamb was presented in an attractive bowl and seemed appealing. the lamb was juicy, the sweet had another crispy and the sauce was delicious. the satay huh came warmer in a metal shell with its own tee light. the sauce blows off and the meal was hot to the end. as the lamb, the flesh was tender, the sweet crunchy and the soak was after my taste. the meal was accompanied by steamed rice and a huge pot of green tea. the meal was finished with a free mango and sago egg drink something like a leti. it would have been the perfect accompaniment to a very spicy meal or to enjoy on a hot day. I love mango and this drink was simply refreshing and deserves to be on the menu. compliments to the cook and its efficient and friendly staff. that will be our new go-to-chinese restaurant

This is some of the best Asian foods I had everywhere in Australia. came here in february while they visit sydney. so delicious and great portions. everything I had was great. highly recommended.

Chi cafe is just the kind of Chinese restaurant that I love. lower key surrounds and brilliant food at a very fair price. service is excellent and will be back as soon as possible

No complaints about freshness and quality ,i found serving sizes good no complaints all dishes ,but a few dishes lacked flavour (sauce) a bit bland ,a massive bag of prawn chips ,does not do it for me ,lacked that little bit of finesse ,just...one level better would be easy for chi chi to achieve...................
