Cocobean Chocolate - Launceston

This charming café offers a wide selection of beautiful chocolates and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I enjoyed the coffee and chocolates at this restaurant, but I dislike having to request sugar. Why do so many establishments struggle with this basic customer service? If sugar isn't going to be on the table, at least provide it on the saucer. If a customer doesn't want it, they can simply ignore it. It's a simple solution that should be easy to implement.

I am a hot chocolate lover. Need a cup every morning. They have the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tried! Plus, nice staff and cozy environment.

Very nice little cafe and lovely chocolates and stuff. The girl with the pink and brown shoes was especially helpful
