Mcdonald's - Laurel

The waitress who served me did not speak English. As a result, my order was incorrect.

The food at this restaurant is prepared excellently. Unfortunately, there seems to be a recurring issue at this McDonald's where they always forget to include the sweet and sour sauce, or provide us with the wrong one, whenever we place an order.

It is interesting that this location is listed on Yelp as closing at 1am, but the sign on the store says it is open 24 hours. I arrived before 1am and waited in line behind 2 cars that were served before me. When I got to the window, no one spoke to me through the speaker, and I was only waved at. There was no indication that they were closed. The service and communication were poor. Additionally, there was a young man behind the counter who I had not seen before, asking for money. This was unexpected and uncomfortable. Ultimately, I was waved off at the window. This experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning. The restaurant should also improve its security measures.

This is one of the worst mcdonald's in the laurel area. always missing something. always stingy with fries and food, service sucks, there's some perv that asks for money and stares at you while you're ordering. do not go here if you have a choice go somewhere else

Had a terrible experience today at the drive thru due to the associate not understanding English! She gave me a complete different order and when the manager came she was giving me a hard time saying the associate told her that’s what i ordered! Then assured me of taking her picture because I was on the phone! I wish I did tho so I can post it on this review. Bottom line hire ppl who can speak and understand English to be at your drive thru at least!!!!! Stop messing ppl day been coming here for 7 years and nothing changed! I visit other macdonalds and they are more friendly and their managers don’t act bossy like this one!
