Peakland Coffee Service - Laurel

RIP Peakland.... ARAMARK that bought out peakland is NO good!! Lots of promises, no solutions. They CHRONICALLY overstock us. Right now our office 100 people... has at least a years supplies of cups and they keep delivering more. They are supposed to maintain our inventory but trusting them to do that is like trusting a chinese hacker with your credit card number. Not going to end well!!! Honestly these guys are unethical CROOKS!!!!!! RUN away from Aramark!!! Better have no coffee service than CROOKS delivering substandard products at highway robbery prices.

PEAKLAND is NO MORE..... They were bought out by Aramark. Service has gone from extraordinary to non-existent. Peakland cares about their customers and offered top notch service and support at fair prices. Aramark is NOTHING like Peakland. Broken equipment takes month to repair or replace and problems take numerous calls to resolve. (if ever)..

As Peakland they were an outstand company. Prompt and courteous service, fair pricing and outstanding service. Since they were purchased by Amark a few years ago the service has done down hill QUICKLY!! We constantly run out of supplies, machines break and are NEVER repaired. It's as though they no longer care about the business. Sadly Peakland is NO MORE!!!!! :

UPDATED!!!!So it has been a few months now and i must say Peakland has really stepped up! the customer service is amazing and they sometimes deliver my items next day! A HUGE change from before! I am very happy with the service!I never get what i order when i need it . even when i schedule it ahead of time. Every single time i order i have to call and follow up because they usually forget something or fail to put the order in all together. they raised the prices of all of the products but they deliver crappy service. the WORST! I will say the the staff over the phone is always polite and ready to help when i need it. But that doesn't make up for the fact that they almost never deliver the correct products to my business.We will be switching to Filter fresh if this terrible service keeps up. I have used Filter fresh before and they are fantastic. they even make same day deliveries which is brilliant!
