Pizza Hut - Laurel

I placed a $32 order for delivery with no contact. I had mentioned that I hadn't shoveled the snow. A large guy arrived wearing shorts and flip-flops. He took the envelopes for my order and a $12 tip. Then he stood outside glaring at my house for two minutes. You're welcome!

This is the best Pizza Hut around! They have always done good by us in the last 12 years that we've lived here, professional, service with a smile, always willing to make it right, if there was an issue, on time, and excellent prices!

Samuel was our server, and he was outstanding. The pizza was delicious, but he truly stood out. It was disappointing to see him getting criticized by his manager for providing us with real silverware, which seemed unreasonable considering how he went above and beyond for us. He definitely made our visit memorable!

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Our server was a young man who mentioned he was new, but you would never have guessed it! He was attentive and communicated wonderfully. He took excellent care of us, and we even found ourselves chatting with the table next to us about how great he was. I regret not catching his name. While the pizza was the standard Pizza Hut fare, it was our server who truly made the experience memorable!

The pizza is usually fantastic, but I had some issues with the delivery this time. Fortunately, that got resolved. However, when I bit into the pizza, it was surprisingly crunchy—every slice. I was really disappointed.
