Starbucks - Laurel

When you enter, you won't receive any acknowledgment. You'll find yourself standing at the counter while staff members walk past you, seemingly unaware of your presence. I understand they might be busy, but a simple greeting or acknowledgment would go a long way. I was genuinely taken aback by the lack of attention.

This Starbucks is the only one where I could find my ham and Swiss baguette, pumpkin loaf, and brown sugar shaken espresso all in one spot. That’s almost impossible to find these days, so I’m giving it 5 stars! I even had to skip 4 other closer Starbucks to get here. However, I have to rate the milk in a cup at just 2-3 stars. You can do better than the plain 100% milk cups at the Burtonsville and Laurel Lakes locations. Overall, I’d rate the food 3 stars, service 5 stars, and atmosphere 5 stars.

Terrible service! I requested a specific item and mentioned that I was happy to pay extra for an addition. Instead, the staff member shouted at me over the microphone, saying, "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE!" That was so rude. Are we no longer allowed to customize our drinks? I've been ordering the same drink for years, and I’ve even gotten it here before. Suddenly, it's not possible to make it anymore?

Terrible service from drive thru service; I ordered 2 cake pops and a hot food item and the hot item melted all the chocolate off the cake pop. Why put it in the bag with HOT food? My beverage was melted down like it was order previously by someone else who didn’t want it and was left for the next person who ordered it. I was being rushed to order “Okay is that it?” Like that’s rude ! Very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone .
