Pizza 15 - Lausanne

Should the comments have read before the order! Exactly the same. 40 min after order call them to say it takes 20 min more. When I called again 20 minutes later, they'll tell me the delivery guy left 10 minutes ago. Thus, no traffic related problem. I don't know about the food quality ad I had to go when they finally arrived without eating time. And all this: a very unfriendly phone contact. AVOID!

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery via their website. 40 minutes after the order they called to advise that the pizzas would be 20 more minutes. They actually arrived 45 minutes after that call. The pizzas taste artificial plastic cheese, uncooked dough bottom. Some slices of each pizza were eaten, the rest went to the garbage. Terrible!

After months of constant mistakes committed by Pizza15 in Lausanne, I decided to write a review of this catering business. From the point that can buy a pizza in Lausanne with 15 CHF, a rare and fortunately only pizza 15 can offer the service. The main problem is that I now understand why they do not burst in the city, the service is superficial, terrible and not competitive, they try to have a balanced business, but the inability prevails above all. For all those things that are delivered there was always something forgetful, and time has never been respected. In summary, an economic reason to buy a pizza from this company can be subsist, but if you wonder a bit more about it, you will find overtime great loss of time and patience for the worst delivery service ever.

Temps d'attente : moins de 30 min Livreur : Fort sympathique Qualité des pizzas: Délicieuse et encore bien chaude Antipasti : les pains à l'ail sont juste divins et les stick de mozzarella vraiment bon Je recommande fortement et je n'hésiterai pas à recommander encore et encore :) Merci Pizza 15 !

J'ai passé commande via leurs site internet pour un repas en famille comme on les aimes le dimanche soir.... mais voilà; commande arrivée après 1h15 de retard alors qu'ils promettent une livraison de 30 à 45 min.... et lorsque que nous les recevons oh surprise! Elles sont froides! A déconseiller vivement
