Restaurant Du Cygne - Lausanne

Auf Empfehlung hin haben wir le Cygne aufgesucht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Neben eher klassischen Menus auch raffinierte Speisen, zuvorkommendes Personal, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Lausanne gerne wieder.

We got there by chance sinc eit was close to our hotel. The room is beautiful with old wood panelling and modern touches. Food is delicious and you can pick your side dishes (the potato and leek gratin is scrumptious). Staff is really friendly and helpful, we got a little problem with our dessert and they changed it straight away and didn’t charge us, that was class. We came back two more times during our stay and suggested it to some friends!

The Cygnes Brasserie offers typical French brasserie dishes, burgers, and cheese dishes. Wooden tables and friendly and friendly staff. Excellent home fries.

Just had dinner there. It was a great experience! Service was extra friendly and helpful and the food was really good, and original (a lot of traditional French food, and some traditional Vaud food).
