Amazing GF pasta, but waiters need a lot of explaining and double checking

My favorite restaurant at this moment. the daily special, typically a pasta dish, is quite expensive for the quality of the meal (29 chf). there are many types of dressed, from pasta to fish and meat. the hardened meat and cheese plates are a good starter to share. they would be hard impressed to find an equally good Italian restaurant in the environment. a big bonus is that the personal is friendly and always helpful when it comes to a good recommendation or wein pairing.

Almost perfect. eating is simply excellent, freshly prepared and very beautifully presented. if I had to find a negative point, it would be the slowness of the service. it was not disturbing how we had time. also it is quite difficult to find parking places in the opposite, the best is to go to the deep garage in malley and to walk 5 minutes to foot.

Best italian a lausanne and vaud and ... pasta fresca, excellent meat, fresh fish and fresh vegetables. High quality food and modern Italian food. important wine list. the cook knows how to use the ingredients and put them together. they will be impressed by the quality of eating, a non-trivial selection, as for the menu and refined presentation of the dishes. the menu changes 2/3 times in the year. excellent. many thanks to graziano.
