The food was exceptional, earning a solid five stars. The service was equally impressive, with prompt and friendly communication throughout the process. The atmosphere of the restaurant, even in takeout mode, was inviting and pleasant. If you’re looking for a standout dish, I highly recommend trying the Cheeseburger Pizza—it was absolutely delicious! Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely return.

The dining area was not very crowded when we arrived, and we were quickly served our drinks—water and iced tea. We ordered the Ultimate Nachos, but after 35 minutes of waiting, a group of ball players came in and were served before we even received our food. It seems they must have called in their order ahead of time. I approached the staff to check on our nachos and noticed a plate sitting on the counter, which I was told was being fixed. After another 15 minutes, our nachos finally arrived, but they were cold. I informed the waitress, who offered to remake them or let us choose something else. Unfortunately, by this point, we were quite frustrated and unsure how much longer we would have to wait. It felt like the restaurant was prioritizing the large call-in order over the other diners' meals. Ultimately, we decided to leave and went somewhere else instead. It will be a long time before we consider returning. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available.

Was not very busy when my husband and I Arrived. Found a clean table and then was asked if we were with the group, we said no and was asked to move. Okay, no problem waited for a clean table. Ordered, etc. While eating, our salad staff was busy moving tables together for this BIG group. Pizzas were coming out and put on these tables. Just as I was saying to my husband, I hope we get our small pizza soon. It arrives just in time as this big group of a girls' volleyball team arrives. Eating with that loud group ended our evening. The older couple beside us were just waiting on Nachos. They never came. We paid our bill up at the cashier, and to my surprise, there were at least 5 people picking up Large to go orders. This wasn't helping diners inside. And the older couple left without ever getting their Nachos . All in all, it was not a good first experience. Probably will not go back. Seems to me that this place just needs to be a Chucky Cheese. That's the impression that we left with. I hope the other couple got a nice dinner in Fort Smith.
