Einstein Bros. Bagels - Lawrence

This restaurant has the best coffee and bagels around, but what truly sets them apart is their amazing staff! The short girl with blonde, greenish hair is outstanding - she is always quick and friendly, and knows my order by heart. The guys there are great as well. I always enjoy coming here for coffee, especially their delicious caramel cold brew.

I felt incredibly disappointed when I entered your restaurant. On a lovely spring morning, there was no place to sit and enjoy a coffee and bagel. The atmosphere felt empty and bleak. This used to be a great spot for coffee and conversation, but not anymore. The manager explained that the seats were removed during the COVID situation, but that excuse is outdated. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience and have no intention of returning.
