The staff member informed me that I would need to pay for it. I asked if the policy had changed, and he seemed unaware that there was a refill policy in the first place.
This Starbucks needs to fix your long line in the drive turn It blocks the whole shopping center. And does not help the bad traffic going into cork and barrel. I will never go in to a Starbucks It's to expensive and I don't like coffee. Please fix your long lines so they don't block the rest of the shopping center.
This Starbucks is exactly what you'd expect from the chain, offering the usual food and drink options. I've visited several times and haven't been let down. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and there’s plenty of seating and outlets for those working on laptops. I have no complaints at all. If you’re a fan of Starbucks, this location should meet your expectations.
Steer clear of this location. There has never been a well-trained barista working here. My wife and I have visited this location countless times, and not once have they managed to get our order right. We are finished with this place. The Harbor Freight behind them has more knowledge about quality tools than this Starbucks does about coffee. It's the truth.
