Zona Fresca - Lawrence Township

This place doesn't justify its high prices. The tacos were dry and lacked flavor. When I asked for a sauce from the menu to make them more enjoyable, they couldn't figure out what I meant, and I ended up being blamed for the situation! Unless you're planning to grab authentic street tacos, you might as well stick to Taco Bell.

I ordered a naked burrito, which is essentially a bowl of rice and vegetables with no meat. I also asked for a side of 4oz queso cheese and didn’t order a drink. The total came to $17.47, but the online menu states that the 4oz queso is only $2.50, so I feel like I was overcharged. When I received the queso, it looked more like soup than cheese—definitely not what I expected. The sauce was quite watery. My expectations weren’t incredibly high; I just wanted something vegetarian. What’s really discouraging is that the price doesn’t match the quality of the food. At places like Chipotle, you can get a filling meal for slightly under $14 with much better quality. I don’t want to write a negative review, and I do want to note that the girl who assisted me was very nice and friendly, which was a bright spot in the experience.

I ordered Nachos last night and I can honestly say they were the worst nachos I've ever eaten. I'd better have ordered from Moe's. They were cold, the cheese was not melted at all, and there was too much Guac and sour cream. Cold, soggy, Nachos with unmelted cheese not exactly what I wanted. This place used to be amazing. I have eaten here all the time in 2016 when my husband worked at the mall and I have no idea what happened between then and now. I'll never order from here again.

I would make a trip just to enjoy the delicious Chicken Burrito at Zona Fresca—without a doubt the most beautiful one I’ve had in New Jersey. On my visits there, I experienced exceptional service from an employee I didn't know. When I inquired about the juices, I noticed there was no Piña Colada on the counter. She quickly assured me it was in the fridge in the back and kindly brought me a cup of it. She was incredibly friendly and gracious. Zona Fresca is definitely the best place to visit in Quakerbridge shopping mall. The store also has a designated area for hot sauces and salsas. - Kevin

Completely messed up my order. Claimed they don?t use Uber eats. Kept asking if I ordered from the NJ location when I called. There is no NJ location. Absolutely horrible. I have been a loyal customer for years. No more I will be getting a refund from Uber Eats.
