Off The Hook Fish Shrimp

I didn't get a picture of the food. Literally the best lemon pepper catfish nuggets I have ever had! The hush puppies, good Lawd, sweet with actual corn in them. My husband and son absolutely LOVED the shrimp as well. I love the flavor options. I wantto try everything on their menu. Customer service was good as well.

The lemon pepper catfish and shrimp was fire!!! The seasoning on the French fries was so good. Definitely my new go to spot! We turned our leftovers to brunch and added some grits and butter sauce. Popped the fish and shrimp in the air fryer to warm it up.Amazing!!!

The service left much to be desired. When I arrived, there were two young women at the front. One was on the phone with a customer, while the other (with curly hair) seemed to have no interest in being there. When I approached the counter, she yelled over the loud music, "What's your order?" without any greeting or offer to help. I mentioned that I had called in my order, and she went to check on it. When she came back and told me it wasn't ready yet, I asked how much longer it would take. She looked at me as if to say "how should I know," before finally saying "I don’t know" and returning to her phone. I won’t be returning.

I found the food to be good and fresh; however, the service was disappointing. There were two of us, and while I finished my order significantly after my friend received hers, I was left waiting. She finished her meal while I was still waiting for mine. We had the same dish, just prepared with different seasonings. I don’t understand why they didn’t serve our meals together—either they should have cooked them at the same time or managed their orders better. I noticed other customers who ordered after us were being served promptly while I remained seated and waiting. Due to this experience, I probably won’t return, as there are plenty of other dining options available.

I ordered the salmon for $12, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The flavor was bland, and the portion size was very small for the price. On a positive note, the staff were friendly. Perhaps other menu items are better, but I wouldn't recommend the salmon.
