Papa John's Pizza - Lawrenceville

Placed an order that wasn?t received for about 3 hours, customer service was terrible and food was cold. This place needs to be shut down with this not being the first time something like this has happened. -2 out of 10.

Ordered pizza from here tonight. I ordered two large pizzas. One supreme and one pepperoni and mushroom. The lady that took my order repeated back my order twice. When it arrived I received a cheese pizza and supreme. When I called to talk to the manager he said the order said a supreme and a cheese? He wasn?t very nice. I know a pepperoni is more expensive than a cheese which isn?t even the point. My kids like pepperoni. I never order just cheese??? Thought he could have been a little nicer and helpful. Not great customer service. Should have ordered from Mellow Mushroom like I was going to in the first place. Ugh

BE AWARE. Don?t buy at West Pike Street!! My pizza was completely raw, I tried to cooked some more when I got home but it didn?t help. It tasted sour and doughy. Manger was called that day and he said I can call any time to get another. I called next day and I as put on hold 10-15mins by Corey. I hung up and called by and asked if I could please order a pizza before Corey puts my on hold again he forgot that I just call prior). He was very rude. I asked to speak to a different manger and he proceeded to say that there busy. He had a very careless attitude, if he doesn?t want a job there are people out there that do!! I?ve been in customer service for over 15years and could never imagine being like this to a stranger.

First experience not so good pack the heavy weight under the pizza end result is better ?????

I'm pretty confident in this statement: ANY review above a 1 star is family/friends of employees if not the employees themselves. There is no customer service. Sometimes you get a pizza. Just a bunch of immature people collecting a paycheckimitating bare minimum levels of work because the manager also doesn't care about any level of customer satisfaction, orproviding the service that is paid for. I would feel sorry for thier future employers, but I really doubt any of them are goingfar. Just save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else.
