The Juicy Crab Snellville

Fried fish was incredibly greasy. I ended dinner with three soaked napkins just from wiping it off my hands. Seems like they didn't even try to drain it before serving. Won't be back.

Food is good however service was horrible me and my husband waited 30 minutes to be served or acknowledge by anyone at 9:15 the server came in apologize for our weight stated she had got salt in her eye, and that’s why she was late to our table. We told her it was OK to take her time. She finally took her drinks orders and her food order the table behind us and the table in front of us got set after we did and received their food before we did. After almost an hour we started to ask where our food was. The waiter excuse was that she was having a bad day and there was a lot of parties going around when I told her I understand that, however, our food was placed an hour ago and we still have not received it. When I asked to speak to the manager the manager did not come so I personally went and go looked for him , no refund or any discount was given just a simply apology

The crabs were small and not worth the price..there was no meat on farm raised seafood?

The service here was absolutely terrible. We were missing several items from our order, drinks, sides etc. We spoke to the manager and he said he would speak to the server. His excuse was that they were missing a few employees. We saw that manager walk by several times but we never heard from the manager again. When we were leaving the manager was at the desk near the front door and wouldn’t even look up or speak to me nor my friend not a goodbye, have a nice day or anything. I understand being short staffed but he could have been accommodating. He had the opportunity to assist the young server struggling to hold down the entire restaurant.

Tonight my server charge my card for my food and the family that dined next to me food as well so now I’m out of and $108.00 until I’m refunded by my bank with 5-7 business days. How do you make this kind of mistake. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there nothing he could do and I just have to wait until my money is refunded.
