Love going to Cold Stone! They have the best ice cream cakes!

Mango Pinapple smoothie is my go to. The banna pudding icecream was amazing.

Only a few of the workers had hats and aprons on, which is not only unprofessional, but the purpose of the hat is to keep hair out of the ice cream. Also, the kid that made my ice creams wiped his bare hand up the side of the cup onto the ice cream to get rid of the drips. Very unsanitary, and I had a hard time enjoying my ice cream after watching that. Our ice creams were made WAY too big, which I would usually not complain about, but it made a huge mess.

Great ice cream but the teenagers that run the place make it almost not worth it. Online/call in orders take priority over in person customers do get ready to wait. It hasn't been uncommon for me to walk in and not be recognized by staff for over 10 minutes.

The employees are rude and don’t want to be working. We walked in on 11 Dec 23 around 710pm and the two employees working saw us walk in, ignored us and walked to the back to play around. When they came out 1 came out eating and had ice cream or something on their face and the other seemed drunk. I said I wanted the sprinkle apple, the employee said whats that and then picked the apple up not using gloves. He picked up the apple by physically touching where you would eat. I asked if they had gloves and he said yes and proceeded to continue touching the apple with his bare hands. He asked if he preferred that he wash his hands and we said yes or use gloves but you’ve already touched that apple. Him and the employee ignored us and walked to the back. We left. Terrible experience and 0 hygiene.
