Cozy restaurant with traditional food from the region Haute-Savoie. the steak was perfect. If you want to taste traditional food in a warm atmosphere, I can really recommend this place!

We (a party of 4 adults) booked the restaurant during the day to come 8 o'clock. the restaurant is typical of the auberges in the environment, very rustic looking, atmospheric and beautiful, so we expect a pleasant evening. unfortunately we were disappointed and blunt. it was the setting of the staff that was the problem. we sat fast and ordered some aperatifs and our meals. the meals did not arrive over 1 1/2 hours and actually arrived only after we threatened to go, and the waitress had asked for two or three times why the delay. we were told that the restaurant was busy and that everyone arrives at 20 o'clock, but it didn't seem excessively busy and other customers were sitting after us and their meal ended before our even arrived! the waitress (we think a owner) offered no excuse at all, at any time gave no notice that there would be a delay and seemed to be insulted that we dared to ask where our meal was. actually we were not in the hurry, so she had done more customer care that we would not think, but it was very clear that she did not care at all. Unfortunately, it was eating when it arrived, disappointing and we couldn't wait to go. we will not visit it again!

I was in a nearby challet and since it was only 5 minutes to walk, we thought we would try this traditional restaurant. for 4 adults booked at 20 o'clock. good table-lover atmosphere. drink came at 8.15, eat ordered at 8.20 9 o’clock came and went, more drink. 9.30 came to which time we were over, was kellnerin refined, we decided to knock the night on the head to which time the food came, 10 o’clock. it was ok had much better in this resort, we have the blame for booking at 8 obvious that if they are there busy, suprise suprise. if they rely on the trade, they really need to look for customers much better. I drive every year here, and the amount of good restaurants in the opposite will make sure that I don't have to come back to this place, they think if they continue to service like these they won't be long.
