Fuji Ramen - League City

Fuji Ramen and Bar was very quaint. Food was excellent!!! Service was good. They were very busy during dinner and the wait was under 30 minutes. Location is small but fast moving. We had Black Garlic Tonkotsu, Crab Tower (best ever), Fuji Ninja Roll, Seaweed Salad, and Cheesy Kimchi Pancake. All the flavors were on point. Portions were very generous. We gave them A I just hope they do not change anything on their menu. Two thumbs up for the chefs!!! Thank you, we will definitely bring our family here for dinner.

Had the Bimbimbap with a side of beef broth with jalapenos and my partner had the Texas Ramen. Both were very tasty! I was impressed by the broth which was rich and flavorful. Service was very nice. We came in at a slow time but I included a picture to show the aesthetic. If I lived closer I would make this my regular ramen spot! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and the takoyaki. The ramen was great, but the takoyaki was easily the best I’ve ever had. Service was fast, and the restaraunt was clean. Zero complaints about my entire experience at Fuji Ramen. I look forward to coming back.

Love this place. Great food, kind service, never have to wait, and it’s quiet enough to have a conversation with the rest of your party… not loud and overbearing like other places. One of those restaurants where you can go to get a good meal and decompress.Also, Ivan is amazing!
