Panera Bread - League City

I love panera brot, but the dame on the front counter at this place is very slow; plus she doesn't stop what they tell her. you have to reorder them. then I go back to work with the food and there were no spoons in the bag. I can't eat suppe with a fork! this facility is badly managed, the owner must take control over this place, it is a hot chaos!

This restaurant is a great alternative to typical fast food chains. They offer a wonderful variety of soups, salads, and healthy sandwiches, with the option to add bread or go without. Allyssa Martin was a welcoming and accommodating server.

I love the bread at this restaurant. I always opt for the extra $2 meat on my sandwiches. They always charge me for the extra meat, but it never actually shows up on the sandwich.

Today I ordered a cheesy and broccoli soup at this restaurant and instead received a glass of water. Very disappointing. It would be a great idea to include pictures or even a video in future reviews, if they allow it.

Pre-ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels for a morning pickup, received an email confirmation that order was ready for pickup slightly ahead of the requested time, when I showed up slightly after the requested pickup the order hadn’t been started yet. Was asked if I still wanted the order from a visibly frustrated employee and I tersely replied back that I wanted the order at the time I ordered it. Waited 10 minutes while they prepared the order, then had the same employee come from behind the counter, drop (made a thud) the order on the floor at my feet and they told “Here’s your order Pal”. Appreciate Patrick, the employee who was identified as the manager, apologizing for their team member’s lack of professionalism, wished them sincerely to have a good day, but this “pal” won’t be back anytime soon.Update: arrived late to my morning appointment, order was discovered to be incorrect and missing items.
