I gave it 4-stars, because I do think this was just situational, but it just wasn't a good experience. They lady taking our order couldn't hear us, which I could understand but we just don't get this issue often. The availability of our order was an issue, so we had to settle for something else. Then when we got to the window, she handed us someone else's order, and we had to repeat our order back to her.

Ew. The bathrooms are gender neutral so you know what that means, ladies...the seat is up and there is urine all over the floor. Ugh.
