Starbucks - League City

I met a woman today at this Starbucks, I think her name was Tammy, and I wanted to shout her praises! She was incredibly kind, and we bonded over our excitement about the new oat milk option on the menu. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious coffee!

I reluctantly had to lower my rating because the staff here were friendly and engaged. I enjoyed some interesting conversations. However, the coffee (I drink dark roasts with no sugar or cream) did not meet the usual Starbucks quality. I'm looking for consistent flavor and body, but the few times I've visited, it just hasn't been there. Perhaps I just happened to visit on off days, or maybe they need to pay more attention to cleaning the coffee brewer—I'm not sure. I hope they figure it out, because as I mentioned, the people are fantastic.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. They always get my drink order perfectly, unlike other places that have forgotten how to make even the most basic coffees. Highly recommend!
