Block Steakhouse - LEAMINGTON SPA

I enjoyed some drinks and also ordered a sweet and sour cocktail. The staff made five trips to bring it to me, but I had forgotten I ordered it! When I realized, I went up to the bar, and thankfully, they had kept it for me. I didn’t have the steak myself, but others at my table raved about theirs. I opted to share a few appetizers, and I have no complaints – they were well-presented and of good quality. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, especially for the steaks, I would definitely return. The staff managed our group of 12 very well, despite us being a bit loud, which I really appreciated. As for the cocktails, the highlights were a candy floss cocktail, mojitos, and a sweet and sour drink – though I can't remember the names of the other two. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I had a lovely dining experience and enjoyed a great breakfast at this restaurant, which is connected to the premier gasthof. The staff were fantastic—helpful, with a wonderful sense of humor, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast selection was impressive. I was part of a large group of 11, and while a few people arrived late, the wonderful team handled it all exceptionally well. The food was well-cooked and nicely presented, although the drink service was a bit slow, and some of the beer options were unfamiliar; however, this improved once San Miguel was introduced. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. It seemed like they might have been understaffed, as the two employees were trying to manage everything during a busy breakfast rush. I believe having someone dedicated to front-of-house duties would have enhanced the experience. Overall, I would definitely eat and drink here again without any hesitation.

This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent service and outstanding food. It’s truly one of the best spots in Leamington Spa. The family seating includes high chairs, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Very enjoyed date at night here Sunday evening. my kerl has never been in a steak house and he loved his rumpsteak with French pommes. tom was our server and looked at us brilliantly. friendly and very conscientious team, all of which were carefully after health and safety standards, I was really impressed. I had an 8oz rump as well as boiled medium with mushroom, red wine and pancetta sauce and three times boiled chips with beer shattered wobble rings. the steaks both came with a garnel of sapphire aswell, which was a nice note when I love the witness, so I had mine and my partner, as he did not do green . I could not resist one dessert and went with the Meringue kisses. beautiful small pink meningues with fresh summer berries and an fruit-coulis, absolutely perfect wise to finish a delicious meal. the aperol splash was also on the ground. I must say I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill, I had expected more, but only over £50 I think for the quality and service is a bargain. well made bar block we will return definitiw.

Stunning refurb and excellent covered and heated garden area. Came here for a networking event so can’t comment on the food but will return for sure. The interior design is really fresh and bright. A great place to hang out, dine out, or drink in.
