So happy our friends took us here on our trip to Detroit.

I have been meaning to review this place for the last year or soI love GDS.

Delicious! Plan to wait a while if you have a group or are going during normal dinning hours, but they have a heated/shadowed patio area for waiting and

Theres not many places where you'd find a diner, a laundry and a store all wrapped up together, but here's one! Friendly people, nice coffee, worth a visit.

Combination restaurant and confectionary store. Quite plain from the outside but interesting from the inside. This is a neighbourhood restaurant with many locals eating here. We had a good breakfast and the coffee was good.
