Had a great dinner, the waitress was super friendly and spoke English with us which isnt always easy in Hungary. She offered to translate the menu and was very genuine. Food was delicious and the terras is cosy and the noise from the street is barely noticeable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On 06 August 2023 at 17:36 I ordered via Foodora. My order was accepted, the amount was deducted from my SZÉP card, and then after a few minutes my order was rejected. This is unpleasant because I ordered over HUF 10,000 and it can take 15-20 days to transfer the amount back to the SZÉP card, so now I can't spend this amount for a couple of weeks. I called the restaurant, there was no apology for the inconvenience or anything like that, the lady just phlegmatically announced that the amount would not go to them and that I should talk to Foodora. Unfortunately, it happens many times that I would like to come here, because I have eaten here before and the food itself is very delicious, but it is not open, e.g. neither was it this late afternoon. I looked directly here and on the Facebook page, so as not to run into this again, but again I was left in the lurch. It would be nice if they didn 't interpret the opening hours in such an Italian way... Or if they interpret it that way, at least they would write it somewhere in advance. I don 't know if anyone would pick up if I called the home delivery number.
