Bidra med feedbackThis owner made a new treasure here in Leavenworth. The atmosphere was phenominal and the lady waiting for me was very attentive. The owner came out to greet me personally and seemed very friendly with the other girls. They were very busy nearby. The other girls seemed satisfied and satisfied with their food. As for me, I started with the fried shrimps. They were served hot, cooked to order. I can say they don't sit long. They had taste to rival any fish restaurant. For my main course, I chose the three rib meal. Unlike some BBQ places, Bill's Kitchen doesn't have their ribs in sauce before they serve. They had a good taste. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I had the chicken and waffles that were delicious. In fact, the waffles were so good that I didn't even use syrup on them. The chicken pliers were cooked for perfection and were very juicy. The sweet tea wasn't quite a sweet tea, but it's one of the closest I tasted in the area. One of my friends swears at the Gizzards. The staff was also as friendly and helpful as you could hope.
The bride was tender and tasteful. Great portions. The server was beautiful and attentive. The owner came out with us and socialized. Great place. We still talk about the Brisket 30min after our meal! We're going back to Leavenworth to eat here!
My wife and I dropped in for lunch at Bill's Kitchen. I had, without a doubt, the best chicken gizzards I've ever had. Both tender and very tasty. They were outstanding. My wife had a brisket sandwich which she loved. Prices are moderate and service is excellent.
Overall, my experience was positive. The fried ribs were not as tender as I remembered from my first visit, and I was a bit disappointed by that. However, the bread pudding was truly exceptional — the best I've ever had — although I did have to cut off the bottom since it was slightly overcooked.
