Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I took my family out for dinner and we enjoyed a nice meal. However, when I got home and checked my bank account, I noticed an additional charge for something I did not purchase. I have been trying to contact them for four days, but I haven't received any response. No manager has called me back.

I will never do business with them again. I ordered a $50 gift card for a Christmas present, and the next day I received an email stating that it had been shipped, along with a tracking number. A few days later, I decided to check the status of the shipment, but the tracking number turned out to be invalid. I called their customer service, and they promised someone would return my call. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting. I've sent emails and received a ticket number, but nothing else has happened.
