No one working up front, got food no chicken and HUGe hair, workers didn’t seem to see me standing there… don’t go

I placed a rather large togo order for delivery. Unfortunately they missed most of our cookies and there were no plates for the salads. I called as soon as I saw, and the manager on duty, Mike, made it right. He hand delivered the plates, missing cookies, plus more! Thank you MIke for going above and beyond. We all know that things will be missed from time to time, and it is how a company fixes that. Mike is the prime example of the right way to do that!

The food and the atmosphere has been great since they fired the general manager and installed a new management team!

For a long time the tables and floors have been disgustingly sticky. It’s only gotten worse, and I went there last week and now the place smells. Really bad. Like sewer but it’s through the whole building not just the bathroom. If they can’t even keep their dining area clean, how bad is the kitchen?! I got a smoothie and it tasted weird too. I’m not going there anymore.

Staffing problems combined with the Lebanon curse (Lebanon labor pool will kill any restaurant that dares open here)
