Ruby Tuesday - Lebanon

When my wife and I arrived, we were seated right away, and the server promptly took our order. The food was served quickly, and it tasted fantastic. There’s really not much to complain about! If you’re looking for a quick idea for a date night, this place is a great option.

I wanted to mention a minor incident that occurred. After we seated ourselves, we noticed that the table hadn’t been wiped down. We brought it to the attention of the waitstaff, and she said she would fetch the host. Fortunately, I had some wipes in my handbag, so I took care of it myself. A gentleman at the neighboring table joked, "It’s a pity you have to clean it yourself, or you might get a discount for it," which made us all laugh. About 15 minutes after we received our entrees, the waitress came over to check if we needed anything else and informed us that our meal had been covered by someone else. We were completely taken aback by this gesture from a stranger. To that person, thank you very much for your kindness!

I just wanted to mention that the menu has changed! I drove an extra 5 miles specifically for the shrimp dinner, only to find it isn’t available anymore. I could have easily stopped at Logan's or Chili's and gotten a steak, which is exactly what I wanted, and it would have been just as good. While the service was decent, I really don’t have a reason to return here, especially since there are plenty of restaurants nearby that offer similar food.

Always love eating here, they have a nice clean restaurant with great seating. Friendly staff and a kitchen crew that takes care of the food they serve. Large bar area where you can easily walk in and get service. Also the parking lot is simple in and out, of which is rare for a place in such a busy part of Lebanon. The Pasta is the best dish here, creamy chicken and broccoli with perfect portions!

We were a party of 11 that came in after church. They were extremely short staffed; however, the waitress was awesome and the manager did everything in his power to ensure everyone was satisfied. It wasn't quick, and there were a few issues but the friendliness and attitude of the staff made up for everything. They have had some awful servers in the years, but I sincerely hope the one we had today sticks with it because she was great!!
