I tried the pork nachos at a gathering over the weekend and absolutely loved the unique flavor combinations. It was a pleasant surprise to enjoy nachos that were so flavorful and fresh, unlike the usual overdone and greasy nachos. These nachos were topped with a tasty cilantro-lime slaw, giving them a little kick that was perfectly balanced with a drizzle of sriracha and crumbled feta. The pork was smoky and delicious, not overpowering or bitter like in some places, and had a juicy texture with bits of smoked meat bark for added crunch. This family-owned business is definitely on the right track, and I can't wait to try more items from their menu in the near future.

Pork with BBQ sauce and pineapple slaw is one of my favorite combinations at this restaurant. It's truly finger-licking good!

The tacos at this Oregon restaurant are the best! We recently had them cater a party and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the tacos, chips, and salsa were. We are already looking forward to our next event with their catering services!

Had the gay afteros at an event this weekend. absolutely loved the taste combinations. it was a refreshing change to eat afteros, which were so packed with taste and fresh! in contrast to the typical nachos (which are played and saturated) these were with their signature cilantro-lime Slav. it had a small kick that was perfectly balanced with a light drift of sriracha and with broken feta. the pig was smokey and smooth in taste and not exaggerated and bitter as some put; juicy with a little of this smoked meat bark for the small pops of extra texture. this family is owned and operated is definitiw do dinge right and I am happy to eat soon through their entire menu!
