Subway - Lebanon

The customer service at this restaurant needs improvement. It seems like the staff is sometimes disinterested or unwilling to be there, but they need to remember that it's their job to double-check their work. I recently ordered a sandwich and it wasn't what I asked for, and I didn't receive the rest of my order. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered.

The staff member was excellent, but the owner needs to hire more staff so that there are at least two employees working at all times. We waited 20 minutes for our food order, and then had to wait even longer until all the DoorDash orders were completed. This is not the fault of the employee, but rather the owner or manager. It was unfair to put her in that position.

After shopping at Walmart, I decided to grab some takeout for dinner from a nearby pizzeria. I ordered a pizza and noticed that the man working there was wearing a Walmart vest, so it was clear he also worked at Walmart. There was a young girl who appeared to be friends with the man and his partner, as she spent a lot of time chatting with them, making them special pizzas and providing extra sauces. I waited for almost 20 minutes, but it seemed like I wasn't going to be served anytime soon, so I left. It was disappointing to see only one person working and focusing more on socializing with friends than attending to customers. I won't be returning to this pizzeria.

Actually the spuckel saw abandoning the mouth of a guy when he ordered and landed on the counters over the sandwiches my may refuse to wear their mask all three of them when they were wandering around their sandwiches, I will never go back if they can not reject the service they have no business open

Far as Subway in Lebanon, go to this one. They consistently get my order right. The other store was consistent in getting my orders wrong. Go to this one in Walmart.
