Hard Rock Cafe Foxwoods Resort Casino

We had a great dinner in hard rock, our waitress, Charlene was wonderful and very funny. The manager was on the floor helping everyone. We had a reservation, so we didn't have to wait for a table, but they were waiting. The food came fast and we were back to play in no time. Would definitely be back.

Our sever yonathon was great. Very attentive. Our app came out immediately. The entries were delivered in time. We weren't in a hurry when they had entertainment from 8:00. When we got our food, my Fajitas were hot and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered a steak that was very thin (not a standard ripple eye) and cooked over. Jonathon came by and checked, we told him it was cooked, and he quickly agreed and placed a new order for my husband. I ate my meal and he ate his sides. A new steak was cooked well. Very thin and moderate. The conversation wasn't good at all.

We had a great experience. The service was great and the General Manager, Mathew, was attentive, not only to us, but to all. You could see that he set the sound for the excellent service. Thank you

The food was great. The only thing was my friend didn’t like his steak. I had to ask my waitress for things and she forgot to take my friends order for dessert. The girls at the front were very helpful checking me in and answered all of my questions.
