They have the best chocolate chunk cookies but of course the price is too high

This morning, I visited the store on Saturday at 9 AM, and I noticed that only one register was open. They’ve replaced 4 or 5 regular registers with 4 new self-checkout stations on top of the existing ones. Honestly, I’m done bagging my own groceries—I’m not an employee of Giant Eagle. It would be nice if Giant Eagle offered some incentives for using the self-checkout, like discounts or rewards. As it stands, you're driving me to shop at smaller grocery stores.

The pharmacy is the worst. wait 25 mins in line to be told to go to the back of the line and wait for 20 more mins. i will never spend another penny there. also the punk college kid that waited on me needs to learn how to talk to the customer. how about some training?

I really love the orange drop and pumpkin drop cookies. They cost $5 for a container of 10, which feels a bit pricey. I went to buy them today, and I noticed they're much smaller than before. I can't justify paying $5 for 10 tiny cookies. I’ve also tolerated the bakery being a bit stingy with the icing, but unless I see the cookies back to their regular size, I won't be buying them anymore.

They really dropped the ball on this covid thing, all of giant eagle, quite pathetic.
