Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant doesn’t follow instructions. I paid an $8 tip for contactless delivery, yet the delivery person still knocked on the door, even though it clearly states not to do so. Additionally, the pizza is often undercooked, and they’re fortunate to be open in the first place.
I've been using curbside service here for several years, and they consistently have my order ready by the promised time. The staff is always polite when they bring it out. Additionally, it seems like they put more toppings on than most other places.
I placed an order and had a frustrating experience with the person taking it, who wasn't even from the restaurant and was difficult to understand. I ordered a three-topping pizza that was on special, but I only wanted two toppings. They informed me that I’d be charged extra for the additional cheese, which I had thought would be included as one of the three toppings. We argued about it, and they insisted that the extra cheese would cost extra and wouldn’t reduce the price for the topping I didn’t want. Ultimately, I canceled my order and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Please don’t send me a standard apology letter like I've seen in other reviews; it won't change my mind.
Ordered online at 6:22 PM, at 6:41 was texted it was on its way. At 7:50, after calling 3 times hung up on without even an answer (caller ID)... I drove up demanded a refund.
I always have a great experience when ordering from Pizza Hut! From the quality to the timely delivery to the friendliness of the delivery driver!
