Flying Tandoori - Leeds

Food ordered, and told 45 mins tops ok. On the hour they say it’s on they way ok. Ring 10 mins later to cancel as its likely to be luke warm at best and we’ll late (ihavekids) and I’m told I’m barred from ordering again (not awkward I was just being honest). Wow…..your food isn’t that good for such hostile comments. Poor show and a bit of bravado coming through because you may be in profit. Take a check of yourselves and think of a proper response if you want to expand and go big., more so look after customers who take a leap of faith with you and trust your food and more importantly customer service because that is your market. Thousands of takeaways remember that.

Ordered a karahi Got a sweet korma Asked for something else rang them next day 4pm They said call kn the day!!! At night don't think so Said didn't want curry wad to let you know Service they then argue and offer no apologies rude arrogant staff!! No idea of customer care Said would do a review no care in the world Have been inspected before and I can see why!! Won't ever order food here EVER!

My wife order a pizza. I think they lost our order. when I was arrived, pizza was not ready. Then they took order again serve quickly our food. It was a really nice tandoori pizza. Half and half. Well worth is waiting. Defo coming back again.

Ordered a pizza today at 7:50 the person said it would be 40 to 45 minutes came half an hour late did not apologise ringing and ringing engaged then realised he had another delivery two doors down so therefore why not make me wait and get two pizzas delivered or whatever the other neighbour got ordered and charging two deliveries a pound each very disgusted in you won’t be ordering from here again

This use to be my favourite takeaway ever , was using them for well over a year ! However past couple of orders they’ve really let there selfs go . Seems like they don’t care about there food anymore ! They’ve just lost all pride ... past 3/4 orders they’ve got it totally wrong ... it’s worse cause you’ve paid for it. The food quality has gone down hill , also whoever’s cooking has lost all pride in his food . To top it all off the delivery men just assume to round your order up to the nearest pound , and try walk off ... eg my order was £14.30 ... he tried walking off with my £15 and I had to tell him . This has happened 4 times now ... wouldn’t mind it’s only 70p ... it’s nothing , it’s just the liberty of him taking without asking ... if he asked id happily give him the change hard times I suppose
