Your newest employee, who looks to be about 17, is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. The employee was a younger Caucasian female. Not only was she very rude to me but I watched her yell at an older lady to take her card out of the machine and then proceeded to swing the bag at her and ask her, ?if she had it? with a very nasty attitude. When I ordered everything was going fine until I got my food. I asked for sauce when paying and instead of them giving me sauce, the same employee I?m talking about proceeded to tell me that I would need to get back in line and wait for it.
We had great service and tasty food. Some of my food was better than other, but overall a very good meal. Most importantly my son insisted on a 5 star review. He said the chowmein was great! My favorite was the Beijing beef. The kids meal was a great value and came with a sealed cookie!
Food was decent, but not as fresh as I would have liked. There was a pretty long line but they worked really fast so I wasn't there for too long. Definitely not the worst Panda Express around.
Dakota was incredibly kind and professional when I went in to get some food tonight. He was the life of the party and was energetic even at the end of his shift. Amazing customer service!
